This month Carley and I had the pleasure of performing at the Wedding of Michelle & Kevin Winstone at the beautiful Brookfield Glof Club in Hankelow, Cheshire.Although it was an October Wedding to sun was shining on their crisp, clear day. Shelly & Kev had booked us to perform their evening entertainment before the disco to get everyone warmed up, ready for the night ahead and we had a great time!
We learnt 3 songs for them, 'Iris' By The Goo Goo Dolls, (or Google Dolls if you ask Carley!) 'The Blowers Daughter' By Damien Rice, and ' Be The One' By Jack Penate. It's always great to learn new songs for people as they often turn out to be real gems!
The theme for the day was a lovely deep red and white which is exactly what we are having on our Wedding day! That's another great thing about our job ...... we get ideas for our own Wedding! Cheeky! They had a gorgeous cake and I think Carley has her eye on that design! Shelly she'll be calling you soon! LOL :-)
